Caitlin McCown has been working in professional theatre for over 20 years. She grew up in Beloit, WI where her first job was Front of House and Production Management for New Court Theatre. She holds an M.A. in Theatre Arts and Dance from CSU, Los Angeles, and received her B.A. in Theatre and Film from Denison University, where she was awarded the Rounds Theatre Prize and the McGaw Fine Arts Scholarship.

Caitlin was a company member with Ouroboros Theatre Company in Chicago, and served eight seasons as Production Manager for New Court Theatre where she eventually served as Interim Managing Director. Caitlin spent her first year in Seattle as the Events Manager for the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center and freelancing as an actor, designer, director, and stage manager.  She is currently the Production Manager for Village Theatre in Issaquah, WA and is the Founder and Producing Artistic Director of Many Hats Theatre.
